The O&E Team invites you to a 30-minute presentation that identifies signs, risk factors and statistics associated with self -harm and suicidal ideation statements. Provides support strategies, safety planning tips and resources.
What you’ll learn during the presentation:
- Overview of statistics associated with suicide
- Identify signs and risk factors for suicide
- How to help someone who expresses suicidal ideation
- Support Strategies and safety planning
- Resources and where to get help
- Suggestions for self-care
WHEN: Wednesday, September 15, 2021 4:00 PM-4:30 PM (PST)
The facilitators will also offer an additional 30 minutes following the presentation to answer any questions, and conduct one-on-ones for skill buildings as needed/requested by participants.
