Empower Youth Ocean of Wellness Clean Up at Bolsa Chica State Beach

Attendees are invited to sit and enjoy their meal at any of 5 resource table tents and have a conversation about the value of community service as it pertains to emotional health and wellness or mental health.

This event aims to increase awareness of mental health and emotional wellness, foster open dialogue, create a safe space for exploration, and destigmatize mental health. The Empower Youth projects specifically target TAY, high school, and college students aged 15-24, along with their families and allies, with a focus on those at risk of or currently experiencing mental health conditions.
