On April 9th, Join NAMI-OC at Happy Hour for Recover & Rediscover. We will explore how our creative outlets can help us connect with our emotions and be a helpful aid during recovery. Our hosts, Aileen and Grace, will be sharing their personal creative outlets, art and poetry with attendees.
Aileen and Grace would like to welcome everyone to join them for a conversation about eating disorders, seeking treatment, barriers/representation from an Asian-American perspective and their work in the recovery and rediscovery of their true and authentic selves.
