Janette Valenzo is a bilingual queer Chicana poet, a teaching artist, an actor, and a mental health advocate based in Southern California.
Join us as we collectively create two poems that explore the relationship between anger compassion and mental health and shift the narrative that anger is a “negative“ emotion.
