NAMI-OC Happy Hour: Journaling for Self-Care

Happy Hour is a bi-weekly event designed to empower & encourage teens & young adults to prioritize self-care in fun & creative ways!

Past Happy Hours included a live DJ music set, a sound bath, yoga, poetry readings, and featured panels and Q&A with special guests and more!

On September 14th, join NAMI-OC for an hour of self-care with journaling. Follow along with guided journal prompts and interactive pages to explore our emotions and how journaling can help change and track our thoughts and feelings. Come with your journal and a sense of curiosity and leave feeling more connected to your own intuition.

If you are new to journaling or this is your daily ritual, we will have printable journal templates with prompts for you to follow along!
