Every 2nd Thursday of the month, they will host a workshop on various wellness topics aimed at prevention and early intervention.

Intergenerational Trauma can be passed down through generations but so can healing. This would center on the impact of intergenerational trauma through patterns, biases, and beliefs. Through reflective exercises and guided discussions, participants will learn how to recognize inherited wounds, develop self-awareness and cultivate tools for breaking harmful cycles.
