New Year’s Resolution: Take Care of Your Mental Health

Youth and Family Wednesday Wellness Workshops

Join Wellness and Prevention Center this year for all new Wellness Workshops on Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. You will have the opportunity to learn about mental wellness and take away tools and tips to help you in your daily life. Workshops will continue to be virtual via Zoom Webinar. Recommended for 7th to 12th graders (ages 12+). You can earn one community service hour per workshop.

January's workshop will provide an overview of mental health, how to cope with stress, and how to help others who might be struggling. This workshop's speaker will be Angela Phillips, a Marriage and Family Therapist graduate student from Capella University.
