Join Connect-OC, UPLIFT Yoga, and Laguna Playhouse for a fun, relaxing event at the park! Learn to nurture your soul through art, yoga, and meditation and engage with local mental health resources.

For young adults 16 -24.

No cost to attend. Registration is required.
