Be a Friend, Save a Life is a free youth-centered conference focused on mental health, wellness, and substance use in Orange County hosted at the Boys & Girls Club of Westminster. Along with a free lunch, attendees can expect panels, activities, and breakout rooms on topics like:

- Overdose awareness, prevention, and reversal
