First-Responder Support Group

You were there for us, let us be there for you. Please join us on Zoom for a support group led by trained facilitators with first-hand experience where you will:

  • Feel safe to share your experiences in a judgment free and confidential space
  • Be surrounded by others who understand and support you
  • Learn how your peers navigate the challenges brought by the pandemic

All Healthcare Professionals, EMTs, Police Officers, and Firefighters are welcome.
